Uman Humanitarian Center ensures the protection of personal data in line with the legal requirements of Ukraine and ethical standards.

By ticking the box on the website https://www.umanhc.org/ under the section “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data,” the User — a natural person and subject of personal data — provides the Uman Humanitarian Center with their unconditional consent to the collection, processing, use, and storage of personal data.

I, as a user of the website https://www.umanhc.org/, give my consent to the Uman Humanitarian Center for the processing of my personal data, including: name, email address, phone number, payment information, etc.

By ticking the box on the site page under the section “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data,” I confirm that I have been informed of and agree with the following:

  • The Data Controller has the right to process the specified personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

  • I have been informed of the inclusion of my data in the personal data database;
  • I am aware of the purpose of processing.
  • I am aware of my rights in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;
  • I understand that my data may be transferred for the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes in cases stipulated by law.


This consent is granted in accordance with Articles 7, 8, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and remains valid indefinitely until it is revoked by sending a written notice to the address of the Uman Humanitarian Center.
